With more than 20 years of experience in investment management for private and institutional clients, Beth is the founder and President of Schenley Capital, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the investment process, financial planning implementation, due diligence, strategic asset allocation and the outside manager selection process on behalf of Schenley clients. Prior to founding Schenley Capital, Beth directed the investment decisions for her family's investment company. She invested directly in the public markets, oil & gas properties, real estate, and fixed income securities. Previously, she worked for Merrill Lynch in Pittsburgh and New York providing investment advice to individuals, pensions and privately-held businesses. Beth received a B.S. from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a M.S. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Catherine Marchelletta is a partner in the Tax and Consulting Groups of Louis Plung & Company. Since joining the firm in 1987, she has provided a wide range of tax and consulting services to the firm’s diverse client base, including real estate developers, construction contractors, large privately owned companies, private equity groups, and manufacturers. She has more than 20 years of experience in the tax and consulting practice sectors, with an emphasis in strategic tax planning; mergers and acquisitions; business valuations; business succession planning; cost segregation studies; multi-state tax planning; entity structuring; and business reorganizations.
Peter H. Thomson, Esq. Managing Member Lauer & Thomson, LLC Peter is a 1991 graduate of Duquesne Law School and managing member of the law firm of Lauer & Thomson, LLC, which he co-founded in November 2006. Prior to 2006, he was a sole practitioner and from 1991 to 2004, Pete was an associate with Lauer & Perkins with an office in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Practice areas include real estate, construction law, corporate, estate planning and administration. Real Estate: Peter has extensive experience representing homeowners in consumer related litigation involving home disclosure of defective conditions. His practice includes acquisition, disposition, leasing and asset management, land use, construction, development, landlord-tenant and real estate financing. Recently, he has negotiated Marcellus Shale Oil/Gas leases on behalf of property owners. Construction Law: Peter represents clients in litigation, ADR and transactional matters involving commercial, institutional and governmental projects. Corporate: Peter practices in the area of general corporate, acquisition and litigation. He serves as general counsel to numerous closely held companies and assists with transactions of various kinds and complexities. ESTATES/TRUSTS: Peter has advised individuals and fiduciaries with respect to their estate planning since 1991 and has represented individual and corporate clients in all aspects of estate and trust administration. He has handled various proceedings in Orphans’ Court, including will contests, will and trust construction and reformation proceedings and contested accountings.
