The following are questions most asked of the show.
What businesses are in the show?
We have hotels, Marcelles Shale contractors, oil & Gas contractors, printers, copy machine companies, financial institutes, flower shops, cosmetics, Doctors, transportation, music, art, and more.


How do I get my company in the show? 

We are sold out.  For a waiting list, call.

What size is the table?

Table areas are assigned the morning of the show.  Table only for $300 is 4 ft. x 30 inches.  Tables with display for $400 are a full 8 ft. table.

When does the show open to the general public?  

12 NOON  to 5 PM we open to the public with free admission and a reasonably priced lunch.   Setup time for Vendors as well as networking 'Business to Business'  is from 8AM TO 11AM.  Coffee will be available courtesy Dollar Bank.    This is a great time to introduce yourself  and exchange cards.   Lunch sponsor is Southpointe Telecom  You get 2 box lunches with a drink for each vendor.  Extras are available at the lunch counter.


How many are going to be at the show? 

The entire club will be open on all floors and rooms for this show.  Over 110 will be participating.  Your key opportunities will be business to business contacts in the show.  Bring plenty of business cards and information.    We emphasize business to business but also have public walk-ins from 12 Noon until 5 PM.  It is a good idea to offer a small drawing prize for collecting business cards.   

When do we break down? 

The show is closing at 5 PM. You must remove everything.  No ovrnight storage is available. 

How do I get leads?  How do I know this show will work for me?

Registering for a table or booth is a start.  If you don't register  It’s free to walk in .  The best way to get leads is to have an exciting introduction display  and a good representative at the table.  Don't forget a drawing prize to collect lead cards.  We will have over 50 drawings for prizes.

What is the agenda throughout the day? 

We have product/service demostrations and record video interviews  . 

Any VIP visitors?  

Government representatives and local developer/executives will be stop in all day. Most years, the commissioners, mayors, State Reps, Senators, and upper business management/owners walk in.  

What do I wear? 

Casual business works fine.  Participants usually wear a sport coat or business dress/skirt blouse.  Wear comfortable shoes!  And don't forget a large printed name badge with name and company.

What about parking? 

Parking is free.  But all vendors must move their cars by 11.  We will give you the details the day of the show.
